Ministry Today Trusted News for Church Leaders

Editorial and Sourcing Policy

This page explains how articles on Ministry Today are produced, so readers can judge them fairly.

Sourcing

Statistics, survey findings and quotations are drawn from published, linkable sources and cited at the end of each article. We do not invent studies, numbers or expert quotes. When a figure is an estimate or our own calculation (for example, converting weekly hours into annual hours), we say so in the text.

Illustrative scenarios — “a pastor of a 90-member church who preaches twice a week” — are labeled as illustrations. Quoted testimonials about Pastor Rhema are from real customers and are used with permission; we do not publish composite or invented testimonials.

Sponsored content and disclosure

Ministry Today is published by the company that makes Pastor Rhema. Any article that mentions or links to the product carries a “Sponsored content” label and a disclosure note, and links to the product use rel="sponsored" in accordance with Google’s guidelines for paid or owned links.

Comparison and review articles include competing products with their current pricing as verified on the day of publication. Prices change; if you spot an outdated figure, tell us.

Use of AI in our work

Our writers use AI tools for research assistance, outlining and copy-editing — the same way many of our readers do. Every article is reviewed by a person before publication, every source is checked against the original, and the recommendations are ours. We think that is the right standard for pastors using these tools as well, and we write about it often.

Corrections

If we get something wrong, we fix it and note the change at the bottom of the article. Send corrections to the editor.

Authorship

Articles are written under the byline of our technology correspondent, Jonathan M. Reeves, with editorial oversight from the Ministry Today team.
