About Ministry Today
Ministry Today is an online publication for pastors and church leaders. We cover the work of ministry as it is actually done — sermon preparation, the church calendar, leadership in small congregations, the health and rest of the people who lead them, and the technology that is changing how all of it gets done.
Who publishes Ministry Today
Ministry Today is published by the company behind Pastor Rhema, a sermon-preparation and Bible study application used by English-speaking pastors in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and elsewhere. We say this plainly, on every article that mentions the product, because you should know where an article comes from before you weigh it.
That relationship shapes what we cover; it does not decide what we say. Comparison articles list competitors with their real prices. Research articles link to the original studies. When our product is the wrong fit for a reader, we say so.
What you can expect
- Sourced claims. Every statistic links to its original source — Barna Group, Lifeway Research, Gloo, Pew Research and the like — so you can check it yourself.
- Practical structure. Guides come with templates, checklists and worked examples, not just principles.
- Respect for the pulpit. We believe preaching is a spiritual task done by a called person. Tools can serve that work. They cannot replace it.
